Semi-detached chalets consisting of a chalet completely renovated in 2022, and a new chalet, are located on the road between the village of Crest-Voland and Le Cernix, 600m from the Espace Diamant ski area and ski school.
The village of Crest-Voland is at the heart of the Espace Diamant. With 192 km of slopes and 6 linked village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), there's something for everyone to enjoy their vacation to the full.
This chalet, close to the village center, benefits from a privileged location to have everything at your fingertips: shops, entertainment, ski slopes. The charm, authenticity and friendliness of this village resort will win you over.
In summer, you're just 600m from the children's playground and close to numerous trails for pleasant walks and mountain bike rides. The Logère chairlift, open 5 days a week, gives you easy access to the best views of Mont Blanc and the Aravis mountains. The Flumet lake and leisure center are just 10km away.
The Val d'Arly and surrounding area is home to a host of quality restaurants, both Michelin-starred and otherwise.
You'll also appreciate the proximity of Chamonix, Megève and Annecy.

Atypical, fully renovated semi-detached chalet, ideal for 2 to 4 people. Located halfway between Crest-Voland and Le Cernix, you'll love its two west-facing terraces offering exceptional views of Mont Charvin.
With a surface area of .......m² on three floors, it offers top-quality amenities.
Please note that it is not suitable for small children or people with reduced mobility, as access between floors is via a narrow spiral staircase (see photos).
