Description
The residence Le Zénith is located at 300m from the blue slope which allows a direct access to the Espace Diamant. For the good skiers, departure and return skis to the feet of the residence. Ski school at Mont Rond at 3km. In winter, a shuttle bus passes in front of the residence. Grocery store and pizzeria at 600m. Village center at 5km.
The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is ideally located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 linked village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they are looking for to make the most of their vacations.
Notre Dame de Bellecombe is composed of several hamlets, each with its own particularity. Le Lachat, or NDB 1450, is the most beautiful sector of Notre Dame de Bellecombe. Located south, you can enjoy the sun all day long. It is a quiet and preserved sector, with an exceptional and clear view on the Mont Rond massif. Attention, car essential.
In summer, you will be close to many trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Mont Rond chairlift, open 2 days a week, allows you to easily access the most beautiful panoramas of the Mont Blanc. The Flumet lake and its leisure center are only 9km away.

On the slopes of Mont Lachat, apartment of four beds, with a surface of 23 m². On the first floor, it benefits from a south facing balcony offering an exceptional view on the valley and the Mont Rond massif.

- Kitchen open on the living room : induction cooker with 2 burners, refrigerator, mini oven.
- Sleeping accomodations : mountain corner with bunk beds (2x80). Bedding equipped with comforters and pillows.
- Bathroom with shower. Separate toilets.

*Pets not accepted. No smoking.
OUR OPINION : Functional and very well arranged studio. Very nice view and exceptional sunshine.
