Description
Brand new apartment of 61m² to rent (delivery December 2019) for eight persons, very high standing, within a 4 stars charming tourism residence. Les Chalets des Cimes allows to be back to the apartment skis on foot (when snow allows)
Situated south, the balcony enjoys a very nice sunshine when staring at the beautiful view over Mont Bisanne and Beaufortain Mountain.
Le village, within the heart of Alpes, enjoys a exceptional snow pack depth all winters (village at 1650 m facing Mont Blanc)
Situated on the first floor, the apartment comprises 8 beds in a new residence at 500m from the center of the town and 300m from most shops and restaurants.
Composed of 3 bedrooms including 1 cabin with 4 bunk beds, a bathroom and a shower room with towels dryer and hair dryer, a separated toilet, a large living room of 20 m² with open kitchen, a balcony of 13 m² with a beautiful view on the slopes and a second balcony adjoining the master bedroom.
Lift, 1 covered parking space and ski locker with shoes warmer (8 pairs) are included with the rent.
The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped: induction hob, combined oven and microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine-dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Flat screen TV, free wifi and storage in each room are also available.
The apartment is located in a chalet, itself into a MMV facility, nevertheless access to sevices offered by MMV is not possible (the apartment does not allow access to the pool of the tourism residence).
Possibility of supplying sheets, towels, kitchen towels via payment to our housekeeping partner, to travel lighter .
End-of-stay cleaning possible too.
Possibility to rent ski equipment in the residence via Skiset for ease.
