*ON THE INFERIOR LEVEL: a very bright living room with living room corner with 1 sofa bed (2x90) + TV and dining room corner with decorative fireplace ; access to a exceptional balcony/terrace ; independant kitchen with serving hatch on the dining room: gas hobs, microwave oven, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, WASHING MACHINE ; independant WC with washbasin.
*Beds equiped with duvets.
*Private skis locker located in a cupboard next to the entrance door.
*This splendid half chalet do not have a private car park. You will park up on the communal road.
*Animals not allowed. Non smoking accommodation.
OUR ADVICE: The ideal location for Notre Dame de Bellecombe lovers: exceptional view and south facing. This half chalet is at the foot of the connecting slope (blue slope), departure and return on skis possible if there is enough snow. A terrace facing SOUTH, ideal to sunbathe in winter as in summer. Close to the shops. For holidays of dream !
Please note that the access to the chalet is done by outdoor wooden stairs (30).
