Cozy chalet well decorated for 8 persons, located at Le Tovet, 5 min walking from the village, and close to Le Reguet slopes : you are ski-in/ski-out.
With a surface of 85 sqm on two floors, south facing exposure and stunning view over the Mont Charvin and the Aravis from the balcony : this place has a lot to seduce you!
*GROUND FLOOR: one double bedroom (bed of 140) with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom (bed of 140) wiith en-suite bathroom (bath), laundry room with washing machine / dryer + and separated toilets.
*1st floor: large main room with fully equiped kitchen (four ceramic hobs, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge), wood stove, 1 sofa bed for two persons, one double bed (140) in a corner of the living room separated of the living room by a screen, TV.
*Balcony facing SOUTH with exceptional view on Mont Charvin, the Aravis massif and the valley.
