Chalet GRENIER DE KOIKOI.
Splendid individual chalet in the heart of the charming village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe. Your cocoon is elevated on three floor, 130 sqm, for 10 persons.
*GARDEN LEVEL : one in suite bedroom (bed of 160) and its bathroom (shower and toilets) ; one double bedroom (bed of 140) with television and DVD and access to a terrace ; bathroom with shower ; separated toilets ; wellness area with SAUNA and shower.
*GROUNDFLOOR : entrance ; guest toilets ; one bedroom with bunk beds, one drawer bed, one single bed (4x90) open on to a balcony ; one double in suite bedroom (bed of 160) with bathroom (bath) open on to a balcony.
*1ST FLOOR : kitchen open on the living room with ceramic hobs, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffe macchine ; very bright living room with sofa, television, DVD, anf fire place log. The floor is open on to a balcony facing SOUTH/WEST with superb view on the Mont Charvin and the village.
*MEZZANINE with sofas, television, DVD and playstation.
