Chalet (12p), bioclimatic, combining the tradition of yesteryear (post/beam structure, parquet, natural stones, old-fashioned plaster, tavaillon roof...) and a contemporary spirit (large living spaces bathed in light). Very high quality services, equipment and decoration.
At 1360m, in a confidential and preserved hamlet of some individual chalets. An exceptional environment of meadows and forests without any nuisance. Snow and white atmosphere guaranteed throughout the winter season, with skis on the way back and a vast natural terrain for sledging and snow games.
Ideal location in the heart of the Espace Diamant, departure from the chalet for the alpine ski slopes (Teux ski lift), for the Nordic ski slopes or the snowshoe trails. At 300m (by ski, footpath or car at your convenience), Notre Dame de Bellecombe 1350 (ESF, all shops...) and shuttle stop for villages (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Les Saisies, Megève...).
A living room (Living room-kitchen-lounge) of 70m ², three large parental suites (bedding 160, toilet and private bathroom) opening south on terrace (100m ²) or balcony. Two other bedrooms (bedding 90) including one of 35m2 with a large children's corner with WII and PS3 consoles.
